Name badges are printed in glorious full colour onto 73 x 27mm plastic badges (1.3mm thick). You have the choice of a pin or magnetic clip to attach the name badge to a shirt or blouse, and a clear resin dome finishes it off for a beautiful visual effect.
Base stock card can be white, metallic silver or metallic gold.
Vision IDZ can provide a solution for “one off" functions such as School balls, golf days and conferences. No job’s too big or too small. Turn around times vary but on smaller jobs we can generally get the cards back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

The prices below are for personalised name badges printed onto plastic badges, 73 x 27mm, with a magnetic attachment or pin attachment and a clear resin dome.
The "One-off setup" is only applied for to your first order (if the batch size is less than 10). Subsequent orders that utilise your original badge design template do not incur the setup fee.

How to Order
How to order
If you would like to order cards to be printed, please call 1300 723 203 to discuss or email us.
The process to order your cards is as easy as 1..2..3!
Step 1
Provide us with a brief description of how you would like your ID cards to be laid out, eg, card to be portrait or landscape, position of the logo, position of the photo, persons name, etc.
You can either discuss this with us, or even make a drawing and email it to us.
At this stage, consider whether you want the cards to be slot punched (for attachment to a lanyard or lapel clip), or not.
Email us your logo (jpg format) and any other "static" artwork that you need to be printed on each card. Artwork received will be re-sized accordingly to make it fit onto the card. We will prepare a unique card design template for you and email you a proof for your approval.
For repeat orders, this step can be ignored - just go straight to step 2!
Step 2
Once the proof has been approved, email us the photos (in jpg format) and any "personalised" data (such as name, Staff #, etc) for each card to be printed. For batches larger than 20 please send the data in an Excel spreadsheet. Ensure that we can associate the photos with the data by naming the photo image file as the name of the person
Step 3
Expect delivery of your ID cards by Registered mail or Courier (depending on the size of the batch) within 3 working days.
